Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) to join our culinary team at ImagicaaWorld Entertainment Limited, Khopoli. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Indian, Tandoor, Continental, or South Indian cuisine and be capable of maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food as per standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Handle the assigned kitchen section efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare dishes from Indian / Tandoor / Continental / South Indian cuisine, based on the assigned section.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portion control, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
- Assist the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food stock and inform seniors about shortages or wastage.




- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Support buffet and bulk food production during peak operations and events.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with other kitchen team members.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, QSR, theme park, or large-scale kitchen.
- Hands-on experience in Indian, Tandoor, Continental, or South Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage high-volume operations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
