Roles &Responsibilities; :
o Responsible for setting up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
o Operating equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
o Ensure that equipmentsare maintained in good and safe working condition.
o Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
o Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
o Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
o Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
o Operate industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area.
o Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
o Minimize waste generation.
o Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.
o Maintain the work area clean, secure and organized.
o Log the process parameter in every half an hour.
o Instill good documentation practice.
o Submission of BMR within three days after completion of batch.
o Respond to accidents and emergencies.
