Prepare continental dishes, assist the CDP and Sous Chef in kitchen operations, maintain food quality and presentation, manage ingredients, follow hygiene standards and ensure timely preparation as per menu requirements.
Required Candidate profile
4–5 years of experience in continental cuisine. Positive knowledge of continental cooking, food presentation, kitchen operations and hygiene. Hotel or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
