Supervise and care for children in a safe, clean, and nurturing setting. Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, games, storytelling, and creative learning. Assist children with meals, hygiene, nap time, and daily routines.
Monitor children’s behavior, development, and overall well-being. Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills through interactive activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow daycare safety procedures.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s daily activities and progress. Handle minor conflicts between children patiently and positively. Maintain attendance and daily activity records.
Work closely with other teachers and daycare staff to provide quality childcare.
