The role involves providing strategic academic leadership, managing and coordinating faculty, overseeing academic planning and performance, ensuring the effective implementation of academic policies and processes, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The Dean will work closely with faculty, students, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth institutional operations, address academic and operational concerns, monitor performance, support faculty development and recruitment, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.
The ideal candidate should have strong academic leadership and administrative experience, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams and multiple institutional responsibilities.
