About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join a dynamic and expanding team within Anson McCade. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on high-impact projects that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and large-scale data science to solve complex business problems across diverse industries. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with consulting professionals and clients to translate business challenges into actionable data science solutions.

You will be involved in the entire data science lifecycle, from understanding client needs and data collection to developing, testing, and deploying scalable machine learning models. The position provides exposure to a broad spectrum of data environments and use cases, offering valuable experience working alongside industry-leading data scientists, engineers, and consultants.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, machine learning, and data science, complemented by practical experience in deploying solutions in real-world scenarios. A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Informatics is required. Candidates should have between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in data science, analytics,



or closely related disciplines.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar are essential.

Experience with MLOps practices, including scalable deployment and management of models, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques, as well as expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and large-scale data handling. Strong communication skills are crucial for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with experience in containerization tools like Docker and version control systems like Git, will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand intricate business problems and translate them into effective data science projects.
- Define, prioritize, and execute analytical solutions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement tools and processes for acquiring, extracting, transforming, and managing large and complex datasets.
- Design, prototype, and validate machine learning models across various data types and scales, from small datasets to billions of data points.
- Apply a broad spectrum of machine learning techniques, including classification, clustering, regression, and deep learning, to address real-world business challenges.
- Create scalable, reusable models, frameworks, and components that can be applied across different industries and functions.
- Support MLOps initiatives by developing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready machine learning workflows.




- Implement model explainability and interpretability techniques to ensure transparency and stakeholder understanding.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to deploy robust, scalable solutions in production environments.
- Share technical expertise, best practices, and cutting-edge approaches with colleagues and the wider data science community.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of reusable analytical frameworks and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and AI, identifying opportunities for application in business contexts.
- Engage with open-source projects and the broader data science community to foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Travel may be required depending on project demands and client requirements.
