We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer / GenAI Engineer with 34 years of experience to build and maintain production-ready AI/ML applications.
The role involves designing scalable AI systems, developing RAG and LLM-based workflows, and integrating AI solutions into products while following strong software engineering and deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain production-ready AI/ML applications using Python.
- Design scalable AI/ML systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement RAG-based applications and LLM workflows.
- Build NLP and machine learning solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop and integrate APIs for AI/ML applications and enterprise products.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing products and applications.
- Work with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
- Develop, evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for performance and accuracy.
- Work with vector databases and embedding-based search solutions.
- Build scalable data and AI pipelines supporting production applications.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to deploy AI solutions.
- Follow software engineering best practices for testing, scalability,
maintainability and reliability.
- Work with cloud platforms and containerization technologies where required.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Data Science, AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML application development.
- Experience with AI system design and development.
- Solid understanding of RAG and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with TensorFlow and/or Scikit-learn.
- Strong NLP fundamentals and practical NLP experience.
- Experience in API development and API integration.
- Ability to develop production-ready AI/ML applications.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or ChromaDB.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Docker/containerization experience.
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications in cloud environments.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLM application development.
