Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Management, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities &
- Technical Skills

- Develop, implement, and monitor Data Quality (DQ) controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, and integrity.
- Define and maintain data quality rules, controls, and monitoring processes across enterprise data environments.
- Monitor Data Quality alerts, investigate issues, perform troubleshooting, and support root cause analysis and resolution.
- Prepare and maintain Data Quality reports, dashboards, and metrics to track data quality performance and identify improvement areas.
- Work with Data Quality and Data Governance platforms, such as Collibra, to implement and manage data governance and quality processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify data quality issues, define requirements, and implement appropriate remediation strategies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.




- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present Data Quality findings, trends, issues, and recommendations to technical and business audiences.
- Work independently, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Support planning, organization, prioritization, and execution of Data Quality and Governance initiatives.

Preferred Profile The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Data Quality and Data Governance, with the ability to implement and monitor DQ controls, troubleshoot data quality issues, analyze alerts, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Experience with Collibra, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling is highly desirable.
