and vetted professionals near them respond within minutes, with payment held in escrow until the job is accepted. We also help companies fill full-time roles through SAYZO Enterprise. Our sales team's job is to talk to founders and hiring managers. Your job is to make sure they never run out of the right people to talk to.

The role in one line

You own the data. You find, build, clean and enrich the lists that our sales team calls every day,

and you run the email and digital campaigns that warm those lists up before the call happens.

What you will do

Data mining (core of the role, about 70% of your time)

Build daily prospect lists of founders, co-founders, HR heads and hiring managers at startups and SMEs in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and other target cities

- Pull data from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Crunchbase, Tracxn, Google
- Maps, MCA records, job boards and company websites
- Find and verify decision-maker names, designations, direct phone numbers and work
- emails
- Clean, dedupe and tag every list by industry, company size, funding stage, hiring activity
- and location
- Maintain the master database in Google Sheets or the CRM so the sales team always
- has a fresh, call-ready list at the start of each day
- Track which leads converted and use that to sharpen the next batch
- Hit a daily target of verified, call-ready leads (target to be agreed at onboarding)

Email marketing (about 20%)





- Set up and run cold email campaigns on tools like Mailmeteor, Instantly or Lemlist
- Write short, mobile-friendly email sequences with a clear ask for a 20-minute call
- Manage domain warm-up, deliverability, bounce and reply tracking
- Report open, reply and meeting-booked rates every week and improve the sequences
- based on results

Digital marketing (about 10%)

- Support LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns targeting founders and hiring managers●
- Post and schedule content on SAYZO's LinkedIn and other channels
- Set up basic tracking (GA4, UTMs) so we know which channel is bringing leads

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, data research, B2B list building or email
- marketing
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or Lusha, and at least one cold email

tool Very comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (filters, VLOOKUP, dedupe, pivot basics)

Knows how to verify emails and phone numbers and keep bounce rates low

Can write a short, clean email in plain English

Organised, rapid and accurate. You do not mind repetitive work and you take pride in a clean database

Bonus: experience selling to or researching startups, HR or recruitment agencies

What you will not do

Make sales calls. That is the sales team's job. Your job is to make their calls count.
