Job Requirements and Responsibilities -
Job Requirements*
- 8 10 years of experience in large-scale data migration programs, preferably in Telecom domain
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM and telecom data migration projects
- Deep expertise in Oracle SQL and advanced PL/SQL including bulk collections and performance tuning
- Proven experience in designing migration architecture including source-to-target mapping
- Hands-on exposure to Big Bang, Trickle (Delta), and script-based customized migrations
- Solid understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and validation techniques
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MariaDB environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements
Key Responsibilities*
- Lead end-to-end data migration strategy, architecture, planning, and execution
- Design and govern source-to-target mappings, entity relationships, and transformation logic
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout migration cycles
- Define and execute migration approaches including Big Bang, Delta, and custom script-based migrations
- Lead and mentor migration teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Perform data reconciliation, validation, and defect resolution activities
- Identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time project delivery
• Provide regular status updates to project leadership and business stakeholders
