Role Overview:

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in logical data modeling, data analysis, and business process evaluation.
- Hands-on experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into functional and data-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of logical and conceptual data modeling, data relationships, normalization techniques, and data governance principles.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple business domains and source systems.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data architects, and development teams to define data requirements and solution designs.
- Experience creating data dictionaries, business rules, source-to-target mappings, process flows, and requirement documentation.
- Experience supporting system implementation, data migration, reporting initiatives, and testing activities including UAT.
- Exposure to insurance domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- A suitable candidate should possess solid communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

- Support data quality assessments, data governance initiatives, and data validation activities.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with enterprise data architecture standards and governance practices.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors/master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related disciplines.
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business/Data Consultant with strong logical data modeling expertise.
- Proven experience in data analysis, requirement gathering, data mapping, and business process documentation.
- Hands-on experience with logical data modeling methodologies and relational database concepts.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise data management practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
