Summary

As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely to the target system. The individual manages the migration approach, implements necessary controls, and monitors potential risks to guarantee a seamless and dependable transition.

Throughout the day, the lead collaborates with various stakeholders to align efforts, resolve challenges, and maintain the integrity of the migration project, ensuring that all objectives are met within the defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.




- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Solid knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data migration issues.
- Familiarity with API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing data quality and integrity.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
