Data & Inwarding Executive

Department: Buying / Supply Chain Operations

Experience: Relevant experience in data management, inventory operations,

inwarding or supply chain coordination. Strong Excel skills and accuracy are essential.

Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining accurate product and inventory data and ensuring smooth inwarding of goods through proper documentation, system updates and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage product in warding records and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

 Create and maintain SKUs, product master data and item-level information.

 Update product details such as category, vendor, quantity, weight, pricing and other required specifications.

 Reconcile physical inward quantities with purchase orders, invoices and system records.

 Maintain Excel trackers, inwarding reports, inventory records and pending- status reports.

 Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, buying and finance teams to resolve data or inwarding discrepancies.





 Ensure proper documentation and timely sharing of inwarding updates with relevant stakeholders.

 Identify data errors, missing information and process gaps, and support their timely resolution.

 Maintain organised records to support inventory accuracy, reporting and audit requirements.

Required Skills

 Strong MS Excel skills, including data organisation, lookups, filtering and reporting.

 Good attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

 Understanding of inventory management, inwarding and documentation processes.

 Robust coordination and follow-up skills.

 Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines.

 Experience with ERP, inventory or order management systems would be an advantage.

Preferred: Experience in jewellery, retail, e-commerce or supply chain operations.
