Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: 1–3 years in data entry or inventory records, preferably in a warehouse, e-commerce, FMCG or cosmetics company. Freshers with strong Excel skills may apply.

Alipur warehouse handles all stock coming in from our manufacturers and all orders going out to customers and partners.

Role Overview

As Data Entry Operator, you will be based at our warehouse and own the stock records. Every unit that comes in (inbound) and every unit that goes out (outbound) will be recorded by you accurately and on the same day, so the team always knows exactly what stock we have, where it is, and when it expires.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound (Stock Coming In)

- Record all incoming stock from manufacturers and vendors against the purchase order and invoice
- Enter SKU, product name, shade, quantity, batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date for every receipt
- Prepare GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and flag short, excess or damaged quantities to the

Warehouse Operations Manager

- Record the storage location (rack/bin) for each SKU and batch

Outbound (Stock Going Out)

- Record all dispatches: website orders, marketplace orders, B2B, retail, influencer and sample dispatches
- Enter order numbers, invoice numbers, AWB/tracking numbers and courier details
- Make sure stock goes out batch-wise in FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) order and record the batch dispatched




- Record internal stock movements, such as transfers, shoot samples and office requirements

Returns & Adjustments

- Record customer returns and RTOs (return to origin), with condition: good, damaged or expired
- Record damaged, expired and write-off stock with reasons, for approval

Stock Reports & Reconciliation

- Keep the stock register (Excel/Google Sheets or our system) updated daily
- Share a daily inbound/outbound summary and closing stock report
- Support physical stock counts and cycle counts, and help find and fix any mismatch between system stock and physical stock
- Alert the team about low-stock SKUs and products nearing expiry
- Keep invoices, GRNs, challans and dispatch documents filed and organised

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, inventory or warehouse records
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables are a plus)
- Fast and accurate typing, with robust attention to detail
- Basic understanding of SKUs, batch numbers, expiry dates, GRNs and invoices
- Experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, Tally or any inventory/WMS software is a plus
- Comfortable using barcode scanners
- Organised, responsible and able to work in a warehouse environment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred
