Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company systems.
- Maintain records, files, and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle Excel spreadsheets and basic documentation.
- Update product, customer, sales, and inventory information.
- Organize and maintain digital records.
- Coordinate with different departments for data-related requirements.
- Perform regular data checking and correction.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage data and documents efficiently
