Key Responsibilities

- Verify documents and ensure accuracy before SAP data entry.
- Perform daily SAP data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production & Accounts teams.
- Generate basic SAP reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Support SAP users and seniors in daily operational activities.
- Follow company SOPs and SAP guidelines.
- Maintain and analyze data using Advanced MS Excel.

Required Excel Skills

- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with formulas such as:
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- VLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Basic IF, COUNTIF, IFERROR and data validation.
- Positive communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
