Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining operational data, shipment logs, driver details, and trip metrics into our logistics management system (DataShastra/LogiOS). You will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy to ensure smooth daily logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Input, update, and manage daily trip records, order details, and partner information in MS Excel and company platforms.
- Verify data accuracy against driver logs, manifests, and system receipts.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team in Baner to collect and verify daily dispatch numbers.




- Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or duplicate entries.
- Maintain organized digital archives and daily/weekly reporting sheets for operational reviews.
- Perform routine data audits and maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10 2) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or logistics data processing (Freshers with strong typing skills welcome).
