- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines into and within Amazon Redshift

- Implement and manage AWS DMS replications (CDC / full load) from source systems to AWS

- Build SQL-based data transformations (staging curated / data mart layers)

- Model analytical tables for reporting, dashboards, and downstream consumers

- Monitor pipeline health, fix failures, and improve performance (query tuning, load strategy, partitioning/sort/dist keys where applicable)

- Ensure data quality: validation checks, reconciliation, documentation of logic and SLAs

- Collaborate with analysts, BI developers, and stakeholders on data requirements

- Follow AWS and data-platform best practices for security, cost, and reliability
