Roles and Responsibilities

- 4+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on the Azure ecosystem.

- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) – pipelines, data flows, triggers, integration runtimes.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, especially with Lakehouse architecture, OneLake, and Fabric Pipelines.

- Have good hands-on experience in notebook development and Apache Spark.

- Robust SQL skills and experience working with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or other distributed compute platforms.

- Experience in working with delta lakes, parquet files, and data lake storage (ADLS Gen2).

- Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL best practices.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git integration for data solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Data Governance tools like Purview.

- Understanding of security & access control mechanisms in Azure.
