Role Description The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support reliable data flow across Natlov’s digital solutions. This full-time remote role involves developing and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and supporting data warehousing solutions for analytics and reporting needs.

The Data

Engineer will collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and product teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure. Daily responsibilities include monitoring data systems, troubleshooting performance issues,



improving data reliability and scalability, and contributing to best practices for data governance. The role also supports the integration of data-driven insights into sustainability-focused and nature-aligned technology solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Data Engineering skills, including building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
- Experience with Data Modeling and Data Warehousing to support reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools for data integration.
- Ability to work with Data Analytics teams to enable insights and decision-making.
- Solid programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of data governance, data security, and performance optimization best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in AI/ML data pipelines or sustainability-focused projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
