About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to lead enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud-native platforms, Generative AI solutions, and enterprise consulting. This role requires a strategic technology leader capable of designing scalable solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and driving innovation through advanced AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Analytics

- Design, modernize, and optimize enterprise-scale ETL/ELT solutions.
- Architect and implement Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse platforms.
- Lead large-scale data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Define data models, performance optimization strategies, and best practices.
- Establish frameworks for data governance, data quality, metadata management, and security.

Cloud & Data Platforms
- Architect cloud-native data platforms leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-productive data ecosystems.
- Lead implementation and optimization of Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
- Drive cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation programs.

AI, Generative AI & Context Engineering
- Design and implement enterprise AI solutions utilizing:Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI Frameworks
- Semantic Search
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector Databases
- Prompt Engineering
- Context Engineering, including grounding, memory management, retrieval orchestration, and knowledge integration
- Build intelligent copilots, AI assistants, and autonomous agent-based workflows.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise data platforms and business processes.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices,



model evaluation frameworks, and hallucination mitigation strategies.

Architecture & Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Data, Analytics, and AI transformation programs.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution workshops.
- Drive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic requirements.
- Engage effectively with Director, VP, and CXO-level executives.
- Translate business challenges into scalable and innovative technology solutions.
- Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership across client engagements.

Leadership & Pre-Sales
- Mentor and guide architects, data engineers, and AI practitioners.
- Support pre-sales activities including: Solution definition
- Estimation and effort planning
- Proposal development
- Technical presentations
- Customer workshops
- Lead enterprise digital transformation, cloud adoption, and AI innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise Data & Analytics
- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT architecture and modernization.
- Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Data modeling, integration, migration, and performance tuning expertise.




- Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and data quality frameworks.

Cloud Platforms
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake and Databricks.
- Experience building enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems.

AI & Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Experience developing enterprise AI copilots and intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, model monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of Context Engineering and advanced AI orchestration approaches.

Consulting & Leadership
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with executive leadership.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large transformation programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies to business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
- 14-16 years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, and AI domains.
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Analytics, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience working in global delivery models and customer-facing consulting environments.
- Exposure to modern AI orchestration frameworks such as:LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Semantic Kernel
- Similar Agentic AI ecosystems
