Shift: Rotational Shift

Location: Chennai, Taramani

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and annotate chemistry-related images, technical diagrams, and laboratory datasets with high accuracy.
- Review, classify, and validate chemical, material science, and microscopy data according to defined quality standards.
- Generate daily performance and quality reports and share findings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data quality and process-related issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot annotation discrepancies and manage incidents within defined SLAs.
- Follow SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation standards to ensure consistent project delivery.




- Perform basic image processing and labeling activities involving scientific and microscopy images.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of chemical structures, laboratory techniques, and scientific data interpretation.
- Familiarity with microscopy concepts such as SEM/TEM images is preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in data annotation, image labeling, quality review, or scientific data analysis is an advantage.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SOP adherence, incident management, and quality processes.
