We are looking for a Data Analytics / BI Engineer with strong experience in data analysis, SQL, data modeling, BI reporting, and data visualization . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and building scalable data solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
- Design and maintain data models following dimensional modeling and data warehousing best practices.
- Build interactive BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Amazon QuickSight, or similar tools.
- Work with AWS Redshift, SQL Server , and other relational/cloud data platforms.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data integration frameworks.




- Create and maintain Star/Snowflake schema models, fact and dimension tables, and reporting layers.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI Engineering.
- Solid experience in SQL , including complex queries and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and/or SQL Server .
- Strong understanding of Data Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Warehousing .
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and modern ETL frameworks .
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Amazon QuickSight, or similar BI tools .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Python/Pandas for data analysis and EDA.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS/Azure .
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization.
