Role: Data Analyst

Experience: 4 Years+

Location: Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Define KPI, SLA, operational, adoption and benefit measures with documented formulas, owners, baselines, targets and source lineage.
- Build executive dashboards and recurring analysis packs covering delivery performance, service outcomes, automation, quality, risks and realised value.
- Analyse trends across planning, design, build, testing, incidents, changes, capacity and assurance processes.
- Profile and reconcile data, identify anomalies and data-quality issues, and support root-cause resolution.
- Develop repeatable SQL queries or notebooks with clearly documented logic and controlled data sources.




- Translate analytical results into concise management narratives, recommendations, actions and decision points.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of data analysis, reporting or operational analytics experience.
- Advanced SQL and robust analytical problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python, BigQuery, Looker or Looker Studio.
- Experience defining KPI and SLA measures and building executive dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of data profiling, reconciliation, quality checks and source lineage.
