We’re Hiring: Data Analytics & AI Trainer | Full-Time

WayOne Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analytics & AI Trainer to join our team in Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Data Analytics, Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, and Generative AI tools, along with the ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical, classroom-based training on Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, DAX, Data Analytics, and AI tools.
- Teach through hands-on exercises, real-world datasets, industry use cases, and practical projects.
- Cover Advanced Excel, including formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, Lookups, data cleaning, and dashboards.
- Train students in SQL, including database concepts, queries, joins, functions, and real-world applications.
- Teach Python for Data Analysis, including NumPy and Pandas.
- Develop students' skills in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, calculated measures, KPIs, visualizations, and interactive dashboards.
- Introduce learners to AI/ML concepts and Generative AI tools for analytics and productivity.
- Guide students through end-to-end analytics projects using real datasets.
- Mentor learners on capstone projects, presentations, portfolios, resumes, and interview preparation.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, project evaluations, and mock interviews.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry trends, tools, and practices.

Candidate Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Training.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Python
- Pandas & NumPy
- Power BI
- DAX




- Data Visualization
- Basic AI/ML concepts
- Generative AI tools for analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured way.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and analytics projects.
- Teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Ability to mentor students on projects and career development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, Python, SQL, etc.
- Experience in corporate, academic, or institute-based training.

Additional AdvantageKnowledge or practical experience in Digital Marketing will be a strong plus, particularly in areas such as:

- Digital Marketing Analytics
- Google Analytics
- SEO/SEM
- Social Media Analytics
- Marketing dashboards and reporting
- AI tools for marketing automation and insights
