Role Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong skills in Advanced Excel, data analysis, sales analysis and sales strategy. The role will focus on converting sales data into clear business insights for performance improvement and strategic decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyze sales, revenue, product and branch performance.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and performance reports.
· Track targets vs achievement, sales trends and key business KPIs.
· Support sales strategy and business planning through data insights.
· Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities and improvement areas.
· Create clear reports and dashboards using Excel.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required
· Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP,
SUMIFS, charts and dashboards
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Valuable understanding of sales data, KPIs and sales strategy
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics / Sales Analytics / MIS
Added Advantage
· Power BI knowledge
· Experience in FMCG or Healthcare
· Exposure to sales strategy and performance analysis
· Experience handling multi-branch or large sales datasets
QUALIFICATION
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Ideal for candidates who can go beyond reporting and translate numbers into actionable sales strategy.
