Develop, automate, and maintain MI reports and dashboards using relevant tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Big Query, BI Platforms, Looker, GCP etc.).
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights.
Translate data findings into meaningful stories and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and deliverables.
Partner with operations, customer data teams, and leadership to understand reporting needs and provide analytical support.
Improve and enhance reporting processes through automation and best practices.
Produce high-quality documentation including SOPs, data dictionaries, and process flows.
Support ad-hoc data requests with a focus on prioritization, clarity, and productive turnarounRole & responsibilities
