Role Description The Data Analyst role at MATZONOX is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize datasets related to operations, waste streams, and project performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quantitative analyses, creating dashboards and reports, and developing data models to support decision-making and efficiency improvements. The role involves interpreting statistical results, identifying trends, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.

Analyst will work closely with operations, engineering, and management teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and recommend data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic inferential methods.
- Experience in data modeling and structuring datasets for reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Background or interest in environmental, sustainability, or industrial operations domains is an advantage.
