Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Product Management team at Innovatiview India Ltd. The role will be responsible for analyzing product, operational, customer and business data to generate actionable insights that support product strategy, feature development, operational efficiency and business growth.

The candidate will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations and other cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure product performance, develop dashboards and reports, track KPIs, and translate complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations.

The role will involve working with data generated from Innovatiview's technology-enabled solutions across examination security, surveillance, biometric verification, tracking, scanning and related digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Analytics

- Analyze product and platform data to evaluate product performance, adoption, usage and effectiveness.
- Define and track key product metrics, KPIs and performance indicators.
- Monitor user journeys, feature adoption, engagement and drop-off points.
- Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct cohort, funnel and comparative analysis wherever required.
- Support Product Managers in making data-driven product decisions.

2. Business & Operational Analytics

- Analyze operational data from examination projects, centers, candidates, deployments and service activities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring issues through data analysis.
- Develop analytical models to measure productivity, utilization, turnaround time and service performance.
- Provide insights to improve scalability and efficiency across large-scale deployments.
- Support management with data-backed business recommendations.

3. Dashboard & MIS Development





- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for Product and Business teams.
- Develop dashboards covering product usage, operational performance, revenue-related metrics, customer performance and other business KPIs.
- Automate recurring reports and reduce dependency on manual Excel-based reporting.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly and updated within defined timelines.
- Establish standardized reporting formats and data definitions across functions.

4. Data Analysis & Visualization

- Extract, clean, transform and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify patterns, correlations and trends within large datasets.
- Present complex analysis through clear visualizations, charts and dashboards.
- Convert analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on business and product requirements.

5. Product Development Support

- Work with Product Managers to define data requirements for recent products, features and platforms.
- Support development of product KPIs and success metrics before product/feature launches.
- Analyze post-launch performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in A/B testing, feature comparison and performance analysis where applicable.
- Support Product Managers in preparing product reports, business cases and performance reviews.

6. Data Quality & Governance

- Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, duplication and gaps across systems.
- Coordinate with Technology and Engineering teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Establish data validation checks and ensure analytical outputs are reliable.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, KPIs, dashboards and analytical methodologies.
- Handle sensitive examination, candidate and operational data responsibly and in accordance with organizational data-security requirements.
