Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst with good experience to analyze hospital and healthcare data,generate meaningful insights, and support management in data-driven decision-making. The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large and complex healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, clean, and analyze healthcare and hospital operational data.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports using Excel and BI

tools.
- Analyze data related to patient volumes, admissions, discharges, OPD/IPD, revenue,

billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, bed occupancy, TAT, doctor performance, and departmental KPIs.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and data-quality issues and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and management-level analytical reports.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Consolidate data from HIS/HMS, EMR, LIS, RIS/PACS, billing, and other healthcare

applications.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, Clinical and other departments to

understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different systems and reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and decision-support data.
- Assist in defining and monitoring hospital KPIs and performance indicators.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, calculations, and reporting

logic.





Required Technical Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-

MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF functions, data validation, conditional formatting, Power Query, dashboards, and advanced formulas.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in creating professional MIS reports and interactive dashboards.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, dashboard development, and

reporting.
- Understanding of databases and healthcare information systems.

Qualification Bachelor's degree [Preferred – Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,

Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.]

Preferred: Experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, HIS/HMS implementation,

healthcare analytics, or healthcare MIS workplace.
