Key Responsibilities:

- Manage registrations, scans, rewards & user activity data.

- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.

- Create and maintain Advanced Excel dashboards.

- Analyze trends, patterns, anomalies & engagement.

- Share reports with Sales, Marketing & Management.

- Coordinate with IT, vendors & internal teams for data issues.

- Identify reporting and process automation opportunities.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in relevant field.

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting.

- Loyalty/CRM/Marketing Analytics experience preferred.
