Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurgaon.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to sales, customer behavior, menu performance, and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and providing data-backed recommendations to support business decisions in areas such as inventory planning, pricing, and promotions. The role involves partnering with operations, finance, and marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and present clear, understandable findings.

Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards, document methodologies, and support continuous improvement of analytics processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
- Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills, including experience with data querying, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
- Candidates should possess solid Statistics skills to apply quantitative methods, perform basic hypothesis testing, and validate insights.
- Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure data effectively for analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
