We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dance Teacher to join our school in Ambala, Haryana. The teacher will deliver engaging dance lessons, develop students' confidence and creativity, and prepare them for school performances and cultural events.

Position details

- Job type: Full-time, in person
- Location: Ambala, Haryana
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of dance teaching experience

Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate dance lessons for students with different abilities.
- Teach dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, expression and stage presence.
- Choreograph routines and organise rehearsals for assemblies, annual functions, competitions and other school events.
- Guide and encourage students, assess their progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and disciplined learning environment,



including appropriate warm-ups and protected movement practices.
- Coordinate with teachers and school leadership on performance schedules and cultural activities.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience teaching dance.
- Strong dance and choreography skills, with the ability to demonstrate and explain movements clearly.
- Ability to work effectively with school students of different ages and skill levels.
- Good communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
- Patience, creativity and a commitment to student development.
