Go Swastha is looking for an experienced Dairy Plant Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for our dairy manufacturing plant.

The person will be responsible for production, plant machinery, staff management, milk & raw material records, production documentation, hygiene and smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production of milk and milk products, including paneer.
- Manage plant workers, helpers and daily staff allocation.
- Monitor production processes, yield, wastage and output.
- Operate/monitor dairy processing machinery and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain daily records of milk received, milk used, production, wastage and finished products.
- Maintain batch-wise production and dispatch records.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and production inventory.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation and hygiene standards across the plant.
- Ensure staff follow food-safety and plant SOPs.
- Identify production or machinery issues and take timely corrective action.




- Coordinate with management regarding production planning, requirements and plant issues.
- Maintain accurate daily production and plant reports.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 3–7 years of experience in dairy manufacturing/processing or a similar food manufacturing plant.
- Practical experience in dairy production and plant operations.
- Experience handling production staff and factory workers.
- Good understanding of dairy machinery and basic maintenance coordination.
- Robust record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and food-safety practices.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day plant operations.
- Good communication, discipline and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience with paneer manufacturing, milk processing, dairy products, chilling/processing equipment and food-safety documentation will be strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on plant management role. The candidate should be comfortable working on the shop floor and taking ownership of daily production and plant operations.
