We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Support Consultant to provide application support, troubleshooting, development, and maintenance for enterprise ERP solutions.

- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 F&O; / AX 2012.
- Proficiency in:
- X++
- Visual Studio
- Azure DevOps
- SSRS Reporting
- OData
- DMF (Data Management Framework)
- Workflows

Valuable understanding of:

- SQL Server
- Power Platform
- Azure Services
- Integrations and APIs

Support Skills

- Incident Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Problem Management
- Change and Release Management
- ITIL Processes
