Position Overview We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, with mandatory experience in either Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) or Azure Functions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Team Leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and customize Plugins, Actions, Workflows, Custom Connectors, and integrations.
- Build solutions using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop and configure Power Automate flows for business process automation and system integration.
- Work on client-side scripting using JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Develop extensions and custom solutions using C#, .NET, PCF, and/or Azure Functions.
- Implement business logic, data integrations, and automation processes.
- Develop and customize Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices,



and Microsoft recommended practices.
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, deployment, and Agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support when required.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
