Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service solutions.
- Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solution designs.
- Architect Customer Service capabilities, including case management, knowledge management, and self-service solutions.
- Design security models, business units, role-based access, and data segregation approaches.
- Establish integration architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance on customizations, plugins, workflows, and model-driven applications.
- Define reporting and analytics architecture for operational CRM and customer service data.
- Set technical governance standards for implementation quality, release management, and platform adoption.

Skills Required:





- 10 - 15 years of experience in CRM architecture, Dynamics 365 implementations, and enterprise solution delivery.
- Robust experience with Customer Service architecture and enterprise CRM solution design.
- Hands-on expertise with D365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Technical proficiency in Customer Relationship Management implementations and customer service processes.
- Ability to design scalable CRM platforms, security models, business units, and data access strategies.
- Experience defining integration, API, deployment, testing, and reporting approaches for CRM programs.

Good to Have:
- Experience with C#, SSRS, .NET, and Azure Integration Services (AIS).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
