About the Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) commerce leader in the footwear and fashion vertical, we are building data-driven, brand-centric digital experiences that resonate with Gen-Z and millennial shoppers across India. Our platform combines agile merchandising, performance marketing, and supply chain innovation to scale profitability while maintaining brand equity. We are looking for a strategic leader who can own P&L;, drive channel growth, and architect customer-centric commerce strategies across owned channels.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end D2C P&L; including revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics for footwear & fashion categories.
- Lead omnichannel commerce strategy across website, app, social commerce, and emerging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram Shops, etc.).
- Partner with product and tech to build conversion-optimized user journeys, A/B test experiences, and drive cart recovery & checkout conversion.
- Define merchandising calendar, pricing strategy,



and promotional cadence aligned with inventory velocity and seasonal trends.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of eCommerce managers, performance marketers, and customer experience leads.
- Optimize logistics & returns workflows for speed, cost, and customer satisfaction — balancing FBA, hybrid, and in-house fulfillment models.
