Professional Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations / Commerce Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Commerce Point of Sale (CPOS) and Retail Store Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting D365 Commerce solutions, including retail channel setup, store configuration, product management, pricing, promotions, POS transactions, and retail operations within the Retail/Apparel industry.

Key CPOS / D365 Commerce Responsibilities

- Configure and support D365 Commerce Point of Sale (CPOS) solutions.
- Set up and manage Retail Channels, Stores, Registers, Devices, and POS Profiles.
- Configure products, variants (Size/Color/Style), assortments, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Manage payment methods, tender types, receipts, and POS permissions.
- Support retail operations including sales, returns, barcode scanning, inventory inquiries, stock transfers, and cash reconciliation.
- Execute and validate Commerce distribution jobs and channel synchronization.
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, SIT/UAT scripts, and training materials.
- Support Go-Live, store rollouts, hypercare, and production support.
- Troubleshoot CPOS, pricing, transaction,



and synchronization issues between D365 Commerce and D365 F&O;.
