Cybersecurity Engineer – AI Training & Evaluation

Role Overview

- Contribute to LLM training and evaluation workflows by reviewing cybersecurity scenarios, technical questions, and AI-generated responses.
- Assess model outputs for security accuracy, threat awareness, technical correctness, and adherence to security best practices .
- Create and review security prompts, attack scenarios, incident-response tasks, reference answers, and evaluation criteria .
- Provide expert feedback to improve LLM cybersecurity reasoning, vulnerability analysis, and secure coding capabilities .

Key Requirements

- 3–8 years of qualified experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, or related roles .
- Strong knowledge of network security, application security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, cloud security, and security fundamentals .
- Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, security tools, scripting, penetration testing, or security monitoring .
- Experience with or strong interest in LLM security, AI evaluation, prompt engineering, AI-assisted cybersecurity, or AI training workflows .
