SummaryThe Cybersecurity Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of product and platform security projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, risk posture, and regulatory requirements. This role combines Agile leadership, project governance, stakeholder management, and deep cybersecurity domain understanding

Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., Application security, cloud security, AI security, Cyber Defense, Data platform security programs)Apply working knowledge of threat modeling, secure design reviews, and secure architecture principlesOwn program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile teams or workstreams.Act as Scrum Master / Agile Coach where needed; drive Agile maturity (Scrum, Kanban)Track roadmaps, milestones, and delivery metrics (OKRs, KPIs)Manage project scope, timelines, risks,



and dependenciesDrive delivery predictability through capacity planning and backlog prioritizationImprove delivery outcomes using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput.Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution at program levelUse Jira/Confluence for workflow tracking and reportingDevelop dashboards and reports for stakeholder and executive leadership.Qualifications6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery rolesExperience delivering complex, cross-team technical programs in security domainsStrong understanding of application security or cloud security conceptsHands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for program delivery and reportingHands on experience with cloud security, application security, or product security.Experience building automation and workflows for program tracking and continuous reportingDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders
