ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Public Relations Group as Deputy Manager – IT, Analytics & Cyber Security. The role involves open-source research, background due diligence, digital data analysis, and risk intelligence reporting to support the organization's intelligence operations, asset protection, and fraud prevention objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct structured profiling and background analysis using publicly available sources.
- Collect, preserve, and analyze digital data in accordance with established protocols.
- Identify relationships, patterns, and connections across entities using analytical and visualization techniques.
- Prepare clear and concise investigative reports for senior stakeholder review.
- Support leadership with risk briefings, intelligence summaries, and analytical insights.




- Coordinate with internal functions and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable legal, ethical, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in digital forensics, risk intelligence, corporate investigations, cyber security, or a related professional/law enforcement domain.

Technical: Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies, digital data analysis, cybersecurity concepts, and investigative tools.

Communication: Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, concise written reports and verbal briefings for senior stakeholders.

Judgment: Strong discretion, ethical grounding, and sound professional judgment when handling sensitive information.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across functions and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, discretion, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Criminology, or a related discipline.

Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in digital forensics, cyber security, or intelligence analysis will be an advantage, such as CHFI, CEH, GCFE, or equivalent certifications.
