Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Support (Travel process) role is based in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel bookings, itineraries, cancellations, and changes through phone, email, and chat. The professional will assist customers with technical or process-related issues, ensure accurate information about travel products and services, and maintain detailed records in the support system.

The role includes resolving complaints, following up on open cases, coordinating with internal teams to address complex issues, and consistently aiming to improve customer satisfaction.



The individual will adhere to defined service level standards and contribute ideas to enhance the customer support process.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, handle difficult conversations, and communicate clearly.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support related to travel platforms, booking tools, and customer portals.
- Good Analytical Skills to understand issues, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.
- Transparent spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel process, BPO, or contact center environments is preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required and maintain a customer-centric attitude.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is beneficial.
