Job Details

- Role: International Voice Process Executive (Travel Process)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
- Shift: Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Take-Home Salary: ₹26,000 per month
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab (within a 20 km radius)

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass or above
- At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice BPO (Mandatory)
- Strong English communication and customer handling skills
- Age limit: Up to 30 years





Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound voice support.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, modifications, and issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Additional Requirements

- Immediate joiners preferred.
