Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling international customers through chat.
- Good customer handling, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain excellent customer experience.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
