Process Associate / Customer Support Executive Voice & Non-Voice
Job Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

VOICE PROCESS
Maximum Budget: Up to 7.5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide appropriate solutions and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and SLA targets.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- International voice/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
NON-VOICE PROCESS Maximum Budget: Up to 6 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat, email and backend processes.
- Process customer requests accurately within defined TAT/SLA.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Follow SOPs and process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy and quality targets.
Key Requirements:
- Good written English and comprehension skills.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
