The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and maintaining a professional customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance. Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned team when required.



Maintain proper communication and follow company processes.

Record and update customer information and interaction details. Follow up with customers whenever required. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers. Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues.

Candidate Requirements Education: Minimum Graduate.
