Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Delhi, India.

The Customer Support

Executive will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The role involves troubleshooting basic technical problems, coordinating with internal technical teams, and updating customers on progress and solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed case logs,



tracking recurring issues, and contributing feedback to improve service processes and customer experience. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing courteous, clear, and solution-focused support.

Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and general assistance efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Satisfaction and Online Support skills to manage digital support channels and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple cases, documenting interactions, and following up on open issues.
- Prior experience in customer support or service roles; experience.
