Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor, track and respond to all customer reviews, comments, and queries on Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram & other platforms.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports - sentiment analysis, review rating trend,
TAT, and resolution rate.
- Onboarding & Working with influencers

- Basic computer knowledge
