Hiring Customer Support Executives to assist customers with prepaid and postpaid service-related queries. The role involves handling customer concerns, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Assist customers with prepaid and postpaid service-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable guidance.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.




- Maintain skilled and courteous communication.
- Follow process guidelines and service quality standards.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach during every interaction.

Requirements
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- BPO/customer service experience preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Age: 18–30 years.
